We will refund or exchange any merchandise within 30 days of the original invoice date, as long as the following conditions are met:
- All garments must be in original condition, with all tags and labels attached and packaged as by the manufacturer.
- Included in the return must be a copy of the original invoice including the invoice number.
- Included in the original shipment is a return order form. You must check off whether you would like a refund to the purchasing account, or an exchange. Please describe in the space provided what you would like to exchange for, and we will contact you before there is any charge/refund amount to ensure no mistakes.
There will be no refunds or exchanges on used merchandise. Merchandise returned that has not met the above criteria will be held at the store, and the customer will be notified. The non-credited merchandise can be returned to the customer at the customer’s request and at the customer’s expense.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned or exchanged goods. This includes the shipping costs to return the merchandise to our store, as well as the cost to re-ship product to the customer for exchanges.

The customer is responsible of ensuring that the merchandise is shipped in a secure manner, any merchandise that is received damaged by the shipper due to poor packaging, we will not accept and will be returned to the customer.
We will process refunds as quickly and accurately as possible. Most refunds will be given in 2-3 business days. Under extenuating circumstances, some refunds may take longer and we will use our best efforts to credit your account as soon as possible.
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. If there are any changes to the order, including cancellation, please call (800) 543-8558 as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has been placed. In this case, please ship the merchandise back to us for a refund subject to the terms in the Return Policy.
Dave’s New York reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any package that is returned based solely on our own discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that is not fit to be returned or do not meet the requirements mentioned in our Return Policy based on our discretion.
All merchandise that is deemed defective shall be replaced/refunded in the best manner possible. To determine if a product is defective, please contact Dave’s New York at (800) 543-8558 or please contact a customer service representative of the Brand/Company of the product that you have purchased. Defective merchandise returns are subject to the approval of Dave’s New York or a customer service sales representative. Certain products contain guarantees that are specified by the Brand/Company. These guarantees are between the customer and the Brand/Company and the customer is responsible for contacting a customer service sales representative about the terms and conditions of the guarantee.
