Shipping Policy
Dave's New York ships packages within the Continental United States. Certain Brands/Products are not available for shipping. These products that are posted on our Web Site are available for In-Store Purchase only. Packages will usually ship on the next Business Day if the item is available from our inventory. If only a partial order is filled, or merchandise is not in stock we will inform the customer and let you know of an approximate ship date. If the customer would like a partial order shipped, then there are shipping charges on each package. For any reason if a product is ordered and unavailable for shipping we will notify the customer and you will not be charged.

We reserve the right to cancel shipment requests for any reason at our sole discretion.
We ship our packages via UPS or the United States Postal Service. The cost of a shipment is determined individually and factors such as weight, distance, value, and method of delivery (ie: ground, air). We do offer a Flat Rate Standard shipping option, and when choosing this option, we reserve the right to ship by our choice of carriers. Shipments may also be subject to a handling fee. Unfortunately we are not able to ship APO or FPO Boxes at the moment.
Dave's New York reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any package that is returned based solely on our own discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that is not fit to be returned or do not meet the requirements mentioned in our Return Policy based on our discretion.
Dave's New York is a retailer of branded goods. We sell to the ultimate consumer; we do not sell in wholesale quantities. We DO welcome and sell to Corporate Accounts and we can sell quantities to outfit groups/businesses. All Groups/Businesses who wish to open a corporate account and wish to buy in quantity must first get approval of Dave's New York. Please contact Dave's New York at (800) 543-8558 for more information regarding ordering and pricing. Dave's New York's approval is subject to the approval of the Brand/Manufacturer which is to supply the uniforms.
We may refuse sale of any branded merchandise due to quantity restriction imposed by Dave's New York and/or the Brand/Manufacturer itself.
